Drew Akins joined MMA as an Associate in 2023. After graduation from the MBA program at Mercer University, he joined the firm as a full-time consultant. Drew is a demonstrated finance professional with experience in strategic planning and a strong passion for providing exceptional client outcomes.

Prior to joining MMA, Drew worked as a MBA Intern at Teladoc Health where he strategized with the largest employers in the portfolio on expanding digital healthcare capabilities. Prior to attending Mercer University, Drew worked in multiple facets of finance including credit union solutions, financial technology, post-merger integration, asset management, private wealth, and retail and commercial banking. He received a BSBA-Finance from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where he captained the Division 1 Men's Tennis Team.

In his free time, Drew enjoys playing tennis and golf. He strives to teach today's youth the importance of discipline, leadership, and volunteerism through athletics.
