Lexi McGill

Lexi McGill joined MMA as part of Georgia Tech's Cooperative Education Program in January 2023. After graduation, she joined MMA as a full-time associate. She advises on practice operations, physician compensation, and conduct financial and strategic planning analyses.

While working at MMA, Ms. McGill has had the opportunity to work with practices of all sizes, from single-physician practices to large multi-specialty groups. With this experience, she has gained strategic and financial planning knowledge to advise clients on growing their practices and furthering patient care. She works with MMA's team of consultants to tailor engagements to satisfy the unique needs of each practice and help them navigate the dynamic healthcare industry.
