Thriving Plastic Surgery Practice in Fayetteville, GA is Seeking an Experienced Practice Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our practice. The Practice Administrator will serve as the practice leader and work closely with the physicians and corporate leadership team to ensure operational excellence, financial success, and outstanding customer service at three (3) practice locations (i.e., Stockbridge, Newnan, and Fayetteville, GA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all daily practice operations.
  • Manage surgery scheduling, staffing workflow, and operational functions.
  • Monitor and help improve practice and surgical key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the corporate accounting, finance, billing, HR, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability to ensure growth, profitability, and quality goals are being met.
  • Interpret benchmarks and financial reports to identify problems and opportunities and help make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and support administrative and clinical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of healthcare practice management experience within a surgical setting.
  • Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or another surgical specialty is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with authorizations, budgets, and insurance billing is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the management team and corporate resources.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ModMed electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management software.

Position Seeking Experienced Medical Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist

Large Medical Practice in Gainesville, GA Seeking Experienced Medical Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist - Available Immediately

The person in this role will be responsible for enrolling medical Providers with hospitals and ASCs and working with our outsourced billing group to enroll our Physicians and APPs with third party payors. Requires 2-5 years prior experience in this role.

The position will also be responsible for on-boarding our physicians and CRNAs including enrollment in benefits, and tracking PTO, and allotments for travel, dues and education. The person in this role must show attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy and follow-up.

Please note, this role is on-site, not remote or hybrid.

Ideal for someone who enjoys working in healthcare and has had prior experience with physician credentialing with both facilities and payors. The person in this role must be well organized, have proficiency with Excel and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. This individual will also participate in the on-boarding of new providers and must be able to interact in a positive way with Hospital staff, the billing company and our new providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining credentialing database including enrollments with all hospitals, ASCs and Third-Party payors
  • Assisting with benefits administration and onboarding of new staff
  • Working closely with the Practice's outside billing company and providing the information needed for facility and third-party applications.
  • Working closely with outside vendors including health insurance, malpractice, retirement and Payroll company.
  • Proactively following up with the CAQH database, expiration dates, hospital and third-party requirements to ensure enrollments do not lapse.
  • Onboarding of new physicians and staff and enrollment in benefits.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of working in a medical practice, hospital or billing department in a credentialing role; prior experience within a healthcare setting required.
  • Prefer Associates or undergraduate degree in Healthcare, Accounting, Medical Billing, Management or a related field.
  • Experience using an outside payroll service
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and payroll packages a plus
